Expert Women’s Health Physiotherapy IN LONDON & SURREY - restoring optimal health & fitness in women throughout pregnancy, postnatally and beyond.
Hi! My name is Claire, I am a mum of two and a chartered physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience specialising in women’s health physiotherapy. Helping women to optimise their health, fitness and wellbeing is my passion. I offer pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy which includes a Mummy MOT, treating pelvic girdle pain, back pain in pregnancy, tummy separation (rectus diastasis), incontinence, prolapse, caesarean and perineal scars as well as providing bespoke postnatal exercise programmes. I also treat pelvic health issues and scars in women who have never been pregnant or for whom pregnancy was a long while ago. My practice centers around a comprehensive assessment and treatment of each individual with the aim of helping them to achieve their specific goals. I offer consultations and treatments at a clinic in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. If you would prefer to be seen in the comfort of your own home, I also offer home visits in South West London and Surrey including but not exclusively to Kingston Upon Thames, Surbiton, Teddington, Richmond, Barnes, Esher, Ham, Hampton Wick, Raynes Park and New Malden. Appointments are available during the day on Tuesdays to Thursdays. Evening and weekend appointments are also available if required.

Growing and birthing anther human is a big deal for your body. As a result, there are common issues that can arise during pregnancy, postnatally and beyond such as tummy separation (diastasis), pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, low back pain and pelvic girdle pain. Accessing the right advice and support at this time through appointments like the Mummy MOT is key to safeguarding your health and wellbeing both now and in the future.
BLADDER & BOWEL physiotherapy in london and surrey
I offer women’s health physiotherapy appointments for bladder and bowel symptoms in both London and Surrey in clinic as well as mobile appointments. As many as 1 in 3 women experience pelvic floor problems including leaking and prolapse at some point in their lives. Most commonly these problems occur during pregnancy / after birth, or later on in life when women experience the menopause but they can occur at any age. Problems like incontinence can have a big impact on your quality of life and self-confidence but it doesn’t have to be that way.
scar therapy in london and surrey
I have trained with Hannah Poulton of HLP Therapy, the UK’s leading scar specialist, and offer both mobile and clinic physiotherapy appointments for expert scar therapy in London and Surrey. Pain in the pelvis can result from scar tissue following gynaecological surgery including caesareans, hysterectomies, prolapse repairs and surgery for endometriosis. Scars can be painful or feel numb. They can stick to nearby structures in what is referred to as adhesions. Adhesions can cause pain, tightness, restrictions in movement, subsequent dysfunctional movement and reduced function. Scar therapy treatments are carefully put together providing you with a gold standard of care, helping to stimulate healing, reduce pain whilst improving movement, function and the appearance of your scar.
