PELVIC HEALTH physiotherapy in london and surrey
I offer both mobile and clinic physiotherapy appointments for pelvic health in London and Surrey. Pain in the pelvis can result from scar tissue following gynaecological surgery including caesareans, hysterectomies, prolapse repairs and surgery for endometriosis. Scars can be painful or feel numb. They can stick to nearby structures in what is referred to as adhesions. Adhesions can cause pain, tightness, restrictions in movement, subsequent dysfunctional movement and reduced function. Scarworks is a very gentle technique that can stimulate healing, reduce pain whilst improving movement and function.
